The Breast Center of Greensboro Imaging is the premier center for breast health in the Piedmont Triad. An accredited facility of the American College of Radiology (ACR) and one of several outpatient diagnostic centers of Greensboro Imaging, The Breast Center of Greensboro Imaging provides state-of-the-art technology paired with excellent patient care to serve women’s breast health and other healthcare needs.

The nine fellowship-trained physicians, under the leadership of Dr. Beth Brown, are leaders in their field in administering and reading mammography, ultrasound, breast MRI and bone density scans. The physicians received their training at a number of prestigious institutions, including The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Wake Forest University, Yale University, Brigham and Women’s Hospital and the University of Texas, among others.

The Center is also a Breast Imaging Center of Excellence (BICOE), a prestigious recognition awarded by the ACR. Currently, the Center is the only BICOE center in the Piedmont Triad and is one of nine in the state of North Carolina.

During the annual mammography review performed by the Food and Drug Administration, as mandated by the Mammography Quality Standards Act, The Breast Center of Greensboro Imaging consistently receives high scores. In 2007, the Center received a perfect score on that annual review, a very rare achievement in the field.

The Breast Center of Greensboro Imaging is the only comprehensive breast health center. The Center is the only location that provides MRI guided breast biopsy and helps lead a multi-disciplinary breast cancer conference every week to help ensure the best medical care for our patients.

In order to serve more women in Guilford County and the surrounding areas, The Breast Center of Greensboro Imaging has extended operating hours.
7 a.m. – 7 p.m., Monday – Thursday
7 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., Friday
