Greensboro Imaging Opening New Location mid Jan 2010

Greensboro Imaging, the Triad's premier provider of outpatient imaging, announces its newest location at 3801 West Market Street in Greensboro, formerly Southeastern Radiology, P.A. Less Invasive Procedures Now Offered as Outpatient at Greensboro Imaging

Patients whose treatment plans call for surgery may have another option that is quicker, safer, less painful and has a shorter recovery time. Now those patients can be treated outside of a hospital for the first time in our area.

Greensboro Imaging is the first outpatient imaging center in the area to offer minimally-invasive procedures that could replace surgery for some patients. The outpatient techniques are performed in the new Interventional Radiology Suite at Greensboro Imaging at Wendover Medical Center. For more information, please click here.

Information for UnitedHealthcare Patients

Greensboro Imaging has announced a new services agreement with UnitedHealthcare that will continue our contract with the insurer and will continue to provide our patients with in-network coverage. Greensboro Radiology, a part-owner of Greensboro Imaging, has also announced a new services agreement with UnitedHealthcare that now covers all of the locations they serve.  The Breast Center of Greensboro Imaging to Host Pink in the Park

The Breast Center of Greensboro Imaging will host the third annual Pink in the Park, a free breast cancer awareness event, on Wednesday, September 30, 2009 from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The event will be held in Center City Park in downtown Greensboro and will bring together many of the area's resources for breast cancer and for women's health. Many Women with Breast Cancer Didn't Inherit the Risk

Many women believe that when no family history of breast cancer exists, then they are far less likely to be affected by breast cancer. While there is some truth in that belief, women are incorrect in thinking they are "safe" from breast cancer if no one in their family has been diagnosed.
